Students
From DFW to the yard.
The chapter's biggest job is getting DFW students to Jackson State and helping them stay there.
JSU High School Day
Get ready. Get on the bus.
Every fall the chapter takes DFW high school students, freshman through senior, to Jackson to see Jackson State for themselves. In 2025 the bus left for campus on November 15, with 40 seats at $60 per student.
2026 dates will be posted on the Events page and on Facebook. Questions: info@dfw-jsu.org.
Student Sendoff
Sending Tigers off right
Every summer the chapter throws a sendoff for DFW students heading to Jackson State: food, fellowship, words of encouragement, student recognition and scholarship information. The 2026 Sendoff, "A Different World," was July 25 in Grand Prairie.
